Great hotel for a short break.

Room was extremely clean and spacious, the included breakfast was excellent and the staff were courteous and polite. Transport using the city’s trams which are a short walk away is very convenient. There is light traffic noise with the windows closed at night but nothing that a standard pair of ear plugs cannot deal with. My second time and I will stay again.

You couldn't ask for more everything about the hotel was perfect from book in to book out.

Great staff , brilliant customer services, staff speak English. World class rooms. Large breakfast with lots of different foods variety. On demand service available as well if you want to eat omelette or fry eggs. Secure parking with piece of mind.

The hotel was cool and quiet. The room was comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive. I did not use the spa facilities but others in my group did and enjoyed it very much. I would go back to this hotel

👍

Very luxurious hotel, comfortable and modern furnishings and lovely toiletries. However, we thought there was a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel- there isn't (although you can book one the other way ) Thankfully taxi is pretty cheap - much too far to walk .

The staff were very professional and helpful. Offered free upgrade. Only gripe wi fi was patchy. Shower fittings was leaking and couldn’t have a bath as water was not hot enough. Simply rectified

Staff was helpful and polite, room was well kept daily upon request and good location from tram stop

Very good view!

Have stayed here before, ideal location for train or metro as opposite Basmane station.

At night time it looks a little rough in neighborhood, dawn and thru the day are fine and felt safe walking.

It was great time for me to stay...
