"Non-smoking rooms are on the same floor with smoking rooms. You smell the cigarettes every time you leave the room and walk to the elevators. Some rooms face the main road and the sound proofing is poor, so that's not a nice combination. There are no facilities such as spa at this hotel either."

"I wonder how you consider it as 5 star hotel and the truth is not even 1 star, carpet very dirty, bed condition very old, room and bathroom smells bad, light very low. I fell sorry how ministry of tourism rates this hotel as 5 star, and I am sure they never come again and check the hotel condition.
