Only problem, at entrance no ramp, only stairs & no bell. I had knee injury & needed help with luggage elevator but no-one at reception. I had to climb the stairs & yell for help. Staff came straight away & helped but I still had to go up& down the stairs every time I left& entered the building. Very convenient for...

"The room was nice, but the pillows were very uncomfortable and the staff were not very welcoming. They didn’t acknowledge our special occasion, and we had to ask for drink vouchers that were supposed to be included. This is not a 5-star hotel. The room also needs maintenance, as the bathroom cabinet door was broken."
