"There was no desk attendant, only a kiosk with a virtual person who we checked in with. The room had a cockroach on our second night. There was left over trash/food in the fridge along with a humid feel to the air. The water pressure was poor. Bathroom soaps were empty. The beds were comfortable."

"The parking lot was plenty open, the room numbers were easy to locate. However the light fixtures in room 241 were not all functional. I was also surprised by the lack of accessible power outlets to charge my mobile device. When i had an issue with my room key not working the staff resolved that very quickly and provided hygiene items were comfortable and useful."
