"Amazing staff! Sherri is so welcoming! It is always nice to see a familiar face when we stay there and Sherri goes above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast staff; Niklas and Lily were friendly and efficient. Nancy on dinner service was also a delight. Overall I cannot say enough about this Inn!!"

"I stayed at The Lodge at Jackson Village and would describe the experience as average overall. The location is convenient and close to attractions in Jackson and North Conway, making it a practical base for outdoor activities. The room was clean but clearly dated. The furniture shows its age, although everything was functional. The bed was reasonably comfortable, and the property itself was quiet with convenient parking. Service was disappointing.
