"It seems likely that this is a fairly new property (i.e, a recently refurbished property under new management), and I expect that some of the anomalies are growing pains that will eventually be worked out. The property was nice, spacious, and the flooring and furnishings looked very new. The floor was actually rather uneven, which was OK, but something to know about.

"Issues included no AC, surprise flights of stairs, and the host's inability (unwillingness?) to provide solutions to problems.

"Great stay. Booked last minute and was my first time booking a property with virtual checkin. I had to reach out to property to kick off the checkin process due to only booking 30 min prior. It was smooth and I was impressed at how quickly they were able to update the door code to let me in.
