Immaculate room -every area was spotless and beautifully appointed with high end furnishings and finishes. The amenities of hot coffee/tea selections as well as cocoa and cider, spa, turn-town service too. Phenomenal restaurant too. We enjoyed every minute of our stay at the Rusty Parrot. "

"My trip was fantastic. Be sure to check the king rooms and ask for city view otherwise you’ll be looking at a parking lot. The front desk and servers in restaurant were wonderful. Cheyney in concierge services went out of her way to accommodate. She was terrific as was Dani at the front desk. I will be staying at the Cloudveil again. Overall a memorable trip."

"Superb hotel - far superior to more expensive options in Jackson. We had a very large suite at the front of the hotel with Mountain view - plenty of room for ski equipment. The hotel is conveniently located in the town - close to restaurants etc. Staff were outstanding and super helpful - especially front desk - Heidi, Kevin and Tony on reception. "

"We were quite happy with the Lodge. There’s a free luxury tour bus that makes 3 runs to the mountain in the morning, and 3 runs back in the afternoon. If miss it, there are lots of public buses. The hot tub was great. Our room was large and the beds comfortable. The breakfast buffet was tasty. I liked the rustic wooden decor. The doors to the rooms are real varnished wood, probably local. The grand staircase is made of huge log beams. There were cool full sized carvings of bears and...

"10/10 location but everything else was a 0/10. The room was extremely small but especially the bathroom area you legit will be squished inside while going to the bathroom. The room we were in had super thin walls - we could hear the guy next door 24/7 and sometimes even at 5am on the phone - it was horrible. We also had a lot of creaking walking on the floor which was annoying. They also do not have a small microwave in the rooms, the clothing storage space is minimal to NONE only 2 night stands...

"This property is located across from an Elk preserve which is why we like to stay here. The prices are good for what you get. There isn't a hot tub but I'm ok with that. The staff is friendly. I'm definitely a return customer!"
