This property was dirty. The floor we stayed on smelled like weed. Guests were loud and a tour bus was idling in front of our room until midnight (very loud).

Everything was clean , I felt safe while traveling alone. I only dislike that I only had cash & I asked to person at the breakfast if she could save my bills for the week she said no & I noticed she never gave me change bac but whatever

Hyatt Place Jacksonville Airport
The place was quiet and staff were great and extremely helpful. The only downside was that the bathroom was poorly lit. There was only one dim light directly over the toilet, so when the shower curtains are closed, it would get dark within the shower space itself.
