It started before we arrived. I tried to call to ask questions the day before our trip and no one would answer the phone. I tried at different times with no response. When we arrived I was able to check in on the Hilton app. We got settled in and within an hour we saw roaches crawling on the TV stand. I went to the bathroom and they were there too. I went to the front desk immediately and there was no one there. We stood there for 5 min I called the front desk and still not anyone came. When someone finally came out I told her about the roaches and she says Oh Would you like to move rooms. I say yes she offers the room right next door I tell her we want another floor. She updated the room number but this deactivated my digital key. Thank goodness my husband was still in the room. She did say sorry as we walked away. We moved to a new room and the roaches were there too. I have never stayed at any Hilton hotel this bad. The rooms smelled of mildew it was awful. If it wasn't so late at night we would have left. I had to shake all of our clothes and bags out before leaving to ensure nothing got in our bags and I wasn't taking the vermin home. The service at this hotel was the absolute worst and I will never stay here again. I hope Hilton does something about it. I'm sure they don't want their brand attached to a hotel so poorly run.
