It was a Saturday, they were short staffed on an event night, and we sat in the lobby with approximately 50 other guests because no rooms were available at check-in even though we arrived several hours after the check-in time started. Apparently, they were running late on getting rooms cleaned, that being said our room had trash on the floor and in the trash cans, the soap on the bathroom counter had been used by the previous occupants, and we didn't have a bathmat. It also took the hot water 15 minutes to heat to a tolerable temperature. You could definitely tell it had been "speed-cleaned.""
