It was cold and rainy so we weren’t able to enjoy the waterfront, but can see this being a big bonus in warmer weather. The property is dated but well maintained and clean. The fold-out couch went right to the bed and there was no space to move around once the fold-out couch was opened into a bed. There was some dust and fuzzies under the couch, but otherwise was clean.
