"This place was an absolute disappointment and far below expectations. From the moment we arrived, the property felt neglected and in serious disrepair. The condition was shocking—missing carpet, exposed areas without proper drywall, a terrible parking lot, and overall cleanliness issues throughout. The pool and hot tub were closed, which was a major letdown and not clearly communicated beforehand.
The environment was loud, dirty, and extremely unwelcoming. Staff were not friendly, and the entire experience felt uncomfortable. Guests deserve an honest warning before booking, as this hotel did not match reasonable expectations in any way.
I would absolutely not recommend staying here. Save your money and look elsewhere."
