Would not recommend.

The hotel is old and it shows. The only place that looks good is the reception area, and hence the reason why you may think it's upscale. Even that is filled with mosquitoes. The staff refused to help call a Uber driver to help with directions. It's such a small thing, but it means a lot as we were on international roaming. The bathtubs look like you don't want to step into it.

Never visit again. Wi-Fi not working properly for most of time. AC not working in the first room provided. After 3 hours AC room was provided after lot of deliberation.

Nice hotel in the central part of Jakarta.

Comfortable hotel with a great staff and complimentary breakfast. They saved my trip after my ATM card was lost in an ATM machine. They drove me around town free of charge until we could find a bank that would advance me cash off my credit card. It really did save the last two weeks of my trip.
