가성비 좋지만..위치가 좀..

방이 꽤 넓습니다. 도로와 너무 근접하여 통행 소음이 좀 심한 편이었습니다.

This was our second stay at this hotel and we feel like we are “home” when here. The location is very close to our family home and centrally located to everything else “important” in Jakarta; the staff are exceptionally welcoming and solicitous of our well-being; and the layout of the facilities with the lovely lap pool next to the breakfast room as well as the large rooms complete with kitchenette makes this small hotel a calm haven from the hustle and grime of the city beyond the walls. The only negative is something over which they have no control, and that is the nearby mosque blaring the call to prayer starting at 4am instead of 5, and sometimes going on for hours at a time?! Even with that, we will be back.

여기서 주말마다 2박했습니다. 가격대비 방도 크고 좋음 호텔 전반적인 분위기가 고급 주택가 주변에 있어서 분위기는 좋음 하지만 2층방에는 모기가 많이 없었으나 1층방에는 모기 잡다가 잠을 못잤습니다. 한 10마리 이상 잡은 듯 가격대비 좋은 호텔이라 생각했지만 모기 때문에 다시는 가지 않을 거 같습니다. 주변 블록엠이랑 가깝고 호텔을 찾아갈때는 꼭 차를 이용해서 가야함.

Nice and private service apartment

First time trying out this place. Turns out that it's a serviced apartment instead of a hotel. Booked a deluxe room for 5 nights. Size of room is huge with a little pantry area with sink. There's a sofa in the room, decent size coffee table with a king size bed. The stay was comfortable with the center staff calling to check if we needed house keeping. Location wise, the place is in a residential area and the nearest convenient store is about 3 mins away. Food is pretty limited in premise but Dharmawangsa Square is within walking distance. Just a note that minimal staffs are available on Sundays and there isn't any breakfast nor housekeeping. Will come back again for the privacy and room size.

静かで落ち着くマンションタイプのホテル

はじめて利用いたしました。夜遅いチェックインで場所が解りづらく、周辺を3周してしまいました。 夜のスタッフで詳細な説明がなく、利用中のレストランの利用方法等々解らず　一回もレストランを利用できませんでした。 WIFIがすぐに不通になってしまうのが残念でした、昼間はWIFIの電源を切っているのでしょうか？ 全くつながらず、不便でした。 しかし部屋は綺麗でしたし、ダイニング　バルコニーでの喫煙は可でしたので、よかったです。 スタッフは、皆さん親切でフレンドリーでした　良かったです。pizzaの宅配とか出来ると良かったです。夜　歩いて帰ってきたときのために、入口に呼び鈴があるといいと思いました。

Nice hotel located in a upscale residential area.

Had a great time in this hotel even thought it was located in a residential area.The staff and the owners of the hotel (mother and daughter team)were very accommodating .They helped us with our tour selections, made daily itineraries for us including daily stops at the malls for our dinners.Our driver was good and very patient with us .We were very satisfied with his service.Thank you to all of you!!!

Nice Surprise

I enjoyed my stay in the hotel and it was very clean and provided basic breakfast and lunch / dinner at reasonable rates if required. It was very well attended by staff and very secure. The rooms and overall cleanliness were very well presented, but linen required upgrading which detracted from the room ambience. I was pleased with the prices and would stay again for a quiet break. Not for those who seek nightlife on the doorstep.

朝食は別に支払うということで、チェックインの際に朝食をお願いしました。そしてCheck Outで朝食代Rp75,000は支払、目的地まで移動しました。三日後電話があり、朝食代は含まれていますとの連絡でした。またのお越しに打ち上げください、返金しますとのことでした。返金はどうでもいいと思いましたが、そうした間違いに連絡いただいたことに驚きました。

Fantastic service and excellent decor

Mansion 28 was clean, comfortable, and had excellent decor. The service was absolutely fantastic. The family owners even helped us purchase last minute airline tickets through their own bank account when our credit cards didn't work. The hotel doesn't really have any signage so I would advise plugging the location into your gps before leaving from the airport/whatever station you depart from. This was so much better than staying at a large hotel. Highly recommended!

Don't use this apartment

This hotel was awful. In the hotel book in your room it clearly states your laundry will be done at no extra cost. We stayed for 10 days went to Bali for 4 days then returned here for a further few days. On returning they gave us a bill for the laundry for our previous stay. If we didn't pay it we couldn't stay there. I asked to see management to which they never came to see me, though I did receive a letter stating the laundry isn't in the price if you book through Hotels.com. I found this wrong and annoying and it was very expensive at 10,000rp an item. This of course ruined our stay an I was glad to leave this apartment. The room wasn't cleaned very well, cup stains on the table, dust under chairs ect. The pool was in the shade so we never used it and we never saw anyone else use it. We travel to Jakarta quite often but I can safely say we'll never be using this apartment again. We made a cup of tea and the handle on the cup fell off to which they wanted to charge us for as well. This apartment will try and squeeze money out of you best they can and rip you off. There are a lot better hotels and apartments out there with better standards. The restaurant for breakfast had a terrible choice, we never ate there so can't comment on the food. Good luck if you stay here I hope your stay will be better than ours. My advice though is to avoid this place like the plaque. Tim and Yuni

Excellent Indonesian losman-good Jakarta location

If you want a truly Indonesian-style hotel with western amenities at a reasonable price, then this is a gem. Friendly, honest staff are very accomodating and anxious to please. The open air breakfast room opens up to a beautifully planted garden surrounding the well maintained pool. Covered parking is available (not that you'll want to drive yourself in Jakarta!). The majority of guests are Japanese, but the sound insulation is incredible so you feel as if you are the only ones there! Laundry service is reasonable and the superior rooms are little apartments with an outfitted mini-kitchen. Lovely place, lovely people, lovely stay.

Mansion 28 Dharmawangsa is super!

All about Mansion 28 is good. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, the location was good, and the atmosphere at the hotel was enjoying. I would surely recommend this hotel and will stay there again next time. Thank you for everything, guys. Till we meet again.

部屋は広く、綺麗で値段も安めで良かったが、 カップ等が入った引き出しに、髪の毛が複数あった。 インドネシアだからしょうが無いかな。他は満点に近いですよ。
