In general, hotels in Indonesia offer excellent service compared to many other countries. The staff and housekeeping here were extremely kind and attentive. They even did a deep cleaning upon our request due to our carpet and dust allergies, and also provided an air purifier for us at no extra charge, which we truly appreciated. The breakfast was average, but overall the stay was definitely worth the price.

I have 6 nights in PARKROYALE service suite Jakarta. Located in central Jakarta, close to Bundaran HI with several large malls and MRT walking distance. My room is an executive suite, it’s too big for myself but I really enjoy it. Very nice view on the 79th floor. Professional and friendly staff. Excellent household attitude, especially for Yoga, Thank you.

Amazing stay!

I love my stay here and we have been using this as a benchmark for our future booking. This certainly sets the new benchmark. Staff had been womderful and helpful. Property is centrally located next to largest mall.. room wise, it is cosy amd hige with 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. Everything we needed to make it feel likena posh home.

Good memory in Jakarta

I love my stay in Parkroyal. The room is very clean and comfortable. The location is good as well, you can walk to the nearby shopping mall or restaurant. Staffs are friendly. I will definitely stay in Parkroyal again when I visit Jakarta in the future

Stay in Jakarta

Gym was great, room brand new and was nice to have a washing machine. Very comfortable and quiet. Had my best sleep in Indonesia. Walking to Grand Indonesia was convenient. The staff are very friendly. Gloria and Afra are extremely helpful and Afra makes an exceptional coffee. Anything required would get a speedy response.

Overall had a great stay. Staff were friendly and attentive. Good location but it’s not on the Main Street. It’s along a narrow corridor. There’s a shuttle to the nearby malls so that helps. If I had issues to pick one would be the breakfast place on mezzanine floor. It’s relatively small and food may be too spicy for the foreign visitor (like myself) & non spicy options are limited I would also love to try Indonesian kuehs. Room had washing machine & induction stove, pans .. however the funny thing is there’s no plates, no dish cloth or dish washing sponge..All that said .. I would be happy to stay here again and would recommend to my friends.

Stay was fantastic unfortunately my son fell sick during our stay and had to call for house doctor but wasn’t available but they have a house nurse . We decided to go to the hospital instead and the staff Fajar was fantastic , he rendered our assistance with a wheelchair and calling for a taxi for us immediately. I would like to thank Fajar for his assistance . Service was impeccable and stay was great.

It’s a new property and the Thamrin 9 block is still under construction. Having said that the property is walking distance (5-10 mins) to Grand Indo/ Plaza Indo. Service is exceptional. Rooms are new, clean and on a high floor (floor 75-82). Only drawback is that lifts can take a bit longer (but it’s not extraordinarily bad). My only problem was it is far from Kuningan!
