"The property is old and dirty. Front desk is surrounded by luggages like warehouse. Noisy and unorganized. Towels are dirty. Rest room is super small and floor is getting wet because no door to close when taking shower. The elevator is fast. Carpet is dirty. Staffs are polite and nice. This is not Holiday Inn Express like we know in the US."
