Resorts in Jalle-Eau-Bourde

A very enjoyable mini break. I would definately return again.

Good service good location for meeting someone landing at the airport

Very quiet for a good nights sleep. Friendly staff. Everything was spotless. Parking is easy and secured at night.

Room small but had everything you needed for a quick stopover staff very friendly so helpful room clean

Very relaxing maybe need a wee social room and bar too meet other guests a much needed rest came home refreshed loved the location ill remember being there the rest of my life.love Bordeaux and hope too come back

Plenty of parking, the staff were soo lovely, very friendly and helpful, one love lady printed off a list of recommended places for dinner and was extremely helpful. Our room was spotless and the beds very comfortable, everything was to our expectations and more!

I had high expectations and they were met and exceeded. The staff are polite, courteous and professional without being robotic, and that makes a difference. The room was larger than expecting, well furnished. Proper 5*, excellent sound insulation, staff went above/beyond: highly recommended and easy/affordable vallet parking

You need to have a car to drive into Arcachon and the surrounding bay as there's nothing in walking distance. But if you have a car - this is perfect. Clean. Good breakfast. Quiet. Free parking. Excellent.

This is our second time staying here, can't be happier. Our 2nd time is just as good as the first time if it's not better. The room is perfectly decorated, small but charming. Fantastic location, very quiet but close to the city centre. Most importantly, the best thing about this hotel is that AMAZING staffs, all of them are very helpful, friendly and speak fluent English, this hotel must be very proud to find these amazing staffs and I hope they will maintain this level of service. Great hotel with in walking distance to Bordeaux's attractions, restaurants & bars.

This is a beautifully elegant hotel. Each room is unique with high quality fittings and products , particularly the quirky but very wearable bathrobes and the Dyson hair dryer. The team are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble

Apartment was very clean and spacious and brilliant location. Staff were extremely helpful too. Definitely stay there again and recommend to family and friends.

Had an amazing stay, thank you
