"Had a great 4 night stay.very safe and quiet neighborhood with restaurants and bars within walking distance. Very clean rooms with good coffee and breakfast. Hosts responded very quickly and helped us when our airline lost a suitcase. Would definitely book here again."

"Loved this property, the ladies at the front desk were very welcoming ( the front desk is on the 24th fl). Stepped off the elevator and was hit with the most delicious smell of truffle parmesan fries and yes we got an order and they were even better then they smelled. The room was clean and comfortable, check out was easy via text."

"Upgraded my room after first night. Then charged me $250, because they found butts in trash. I cleaned out my purse and that is where butts came from. Hotel is a shameful."

"The staff are courteous, professional and friendly. The room was large and comfortable. There is a docking station for Metro bikes one block away. I used it to go back and forth to the convention center. My only minor complaint is the towel rack is starting to rust; it should be replaced."

"When we arrived we were informed that expedia was suppose to have contacted us to let us know they had to relocate us to a different hotel due to maintenance issues. But we werent contacted, and when we called we spent almost 2 hours on the phone dealing with an expedia person who kept putting us on hold to try and bargan with other hotels that were far away from the convention I was attending. We finally gave up, hung up, and called right back to another agent who we had to tell to cancel our...
