I wish it would be listed if a property's pool is closed. We have two young kids that were so excited to go swimming. Granted the hotel right next to us allowed us to their pool.

Slow check in. Could not get a room key due to updated software not working properly. A staff member had to keep letting me into my room. Shower head was loose and kept spinning due to the water pressure. Hard to get a decent shower

It was not that far from pizza ranch that’s a plus. But the room itself the sink and tub doesn’t drain fast like it should, they both clog up, bed was so so, but overall it works we got a room to stay for the 2night

When I got there to check in, no I be was at the front desk. Waited 10 minutes, finally went to get food and came back. Waited another few minutes. The shower didn’t drain well.

Room was below expectation - linen felt quite „wett“ due to climate condition an heavy cooling down aircondition - toilet was not fully functional: had to open the tank cover to trigger filling it every second flush or so… Breakfast was good and attended - so, someone took care of filling up eveyithing! Appreciated that!

Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Only disappointment was the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance the entire time, and no cinnamon rolls at breakfast. Unfortunately, these were two of the main reasons I chose this hotel over others in the area. But the rooms were good.

Good place to stay

Comfortable beds, nice shower. The floors both tile and carpet felt sticky. The window leaked when it rained. Hot tub jets didn’t work. Other than that the room was nice and it was clean.
