"I only stay at this hotel out of convenience. It’s falling apart, the rooms are not clean, and our room didn’t go below 75. The beds are uncomfortable, and the pillows are half pillows. I didn’t even know they made those. Also, the staff is less than thrilled to check in guests. If you can avoid this hotel, do."

"This property is very close to the Pinnacle Hills shopping center, Top Golf, and plenty of restaurants. The cocktail hour and full breakfast is always a plus at Embassy Suites!"

"Rooms were very well maintained and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was awesome and plenty parking spaces."

"Loved the upscale and cool vibe of the hotel. Room was very comfortable and a small dresser would have helped with clothes storage. Resorted to leaving some things in our suitcase to slide under the bed. Not ideal for an older adult."

"This was a great place to stay. Close the museum and not far from the downtown Bentonville area as well. The staff could not have been more helpful. We had good exchanges with multiple people at the front desk and without fail they were very hospitable and helpful. The bed was very good. Everything was clean. No offensive odors. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again."
