Absolutely shocking! Don’t stay here it’s a scam. They wait for you to pay, then after you have paid they tell you about all of the issues with the hotel. Great location, new modern hotel. Great pool, ski lockers room is good ( but no boot warmers/driers) ,nice modern room maybe a bit small, Nespresso machine, welcome chocolates and biscuits nice touch. Staff friendly. I would recommend.

Great stay, very helpful staff and really good facilities. Lack of cleaning products in room was a surpise (sponge, dishwashing liquids) but otherwise very well equipped. Spa and pool were a great feature.
