The hotel is very nice and comfortable, restaurants and coffees nearby.
The only problem is the car park which is very small and tight

As a group of 3 female friends we flew to Jeddah for the weekend from the UAE. The hotel was approximately 15-20 mins drive from the airport and located across the road from Al Salaam Mall. We found the hotel and room to be lovely and clean with a nice but small indoor/outdoor pool. The service staff were very helpful and polite and nothing was too much trouble. The female receptionist was helpful and friendly. The younger, male receptionist was not so helpful. Communication regarding pool and gym times for females was not made very clear and towels etc were not provided at the pool during this time (there were no staff to be seen). Overall it was a pretty average experience.

Raddison Blue staff were friendly. I checked in early, and they even gave me a room upgrade when I mentioned VIP Access via Expedia’s reservation to the check-in employee. Overall, I was very satisfied with the services, and I would go back there again when I visit Jeddah.
