"Obviously, long-term rentals, and the associated problems with that. Woken up constantly overnight by people, walking past the window, talking, swearing, and being obnoxiously loud. I highly recommend avoiding this hotel.
The room stank like stale cigarettes like an old smoked in pub, the bathroom floor has a stain of something right in front of the toilet, and the carpet which was very old had multiple stains throughout. Again, it was not a good experience and I highly recommend avoiding this...

"This was one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Our first room had clearly been slept in, with long hairs on the sheets. The front desk did move us to another room right away, which I appreciated.
Unfortunately, the second room was also filthy. The lamp was covered in sticky grime, the coffee maker was thick with dust, and the bathroom smelled like urine.
About an hour later, my son jumped up because a bug crawled on him before disappearing behind the bed. It was nearly midnight, so...

"Staff were great; a full hot breakfast. They are talking about doing renovations soon, and that will make the place top-notch. I stayed a whole week while scouting places to live around Helena. I recommend it, but ask for a room facing away from the highway, as road noise can be a concern for some, like me."

"We stayed for two nights. Didn’t utilize any amenities while we were there except breakfast. I liked that breakfast was served until 10am. My only complaint was that the bathroom floor was not mopped well. Water from the walk in shower was splashing on the floor by the door, when I used a towel to wipe up the water, the towel was pretty dirty, telling me that the floor hadn’t been mopped well.
