"they locked me out my room the last night saying i was supposed to of checked out the ac barely worked we had dirty towels and sheets"

"Breakfast was ok, but the coffee was terrible. Parking was really good unless you arrive late (the night we stayed it was packed and at 11 at night we had to squeeze between 2 large work trucks to get the last parking spot). "The property is extremely old, had a really weird smell, the parking garage & elevator smelled like mold, so we opted to park outside in front of the hotel, breakfast was included which was like any other hotel breakfast & they had coffee. Someone was sleeping in the gym floor when we went to the gym so we left & swimming lessons were taking place in the pool so we didn't use the pool either."

"Not worth the price … elevator was broken. Sign said they were renovating on the 3rd floor but I think the property is just old and never been renovated they just keep that sign up . There was a long line to check in .. microwave didn’t work"

"Our room was clean but did have a very musty smell, the hot tub we enjoyed it was nice and clean and the jets worked perfect unlike other places we have stayed. The only thing was the pool room didn’t have any towels. Breakfast was really good, they had a nice selection of things. I especially liked the flavored creamers for my coffee, along with the biscuits and gravy. The hotel was close to restaurants and stores."

"Floors were dirty, TV did not work, no hand soap in the room, had to ask for extra wash rags and towels, trash was laying in the walkway to get to the room that had not been picked up, breakfast was very basic that you had to get the milk and very limited juice out of the fridge that was sitting next to the employees lunch for the day, about the same thickness between the sheet and the comforter(that was probably bought in the 80's when the motel was built). "Front desk staff from jul 3rd to July 5th were were very friendly and helpful. Ran out of towels at the pool called the front desk and the lady brought more within a few minutes."

"Conveniently located to all amenities and highway. Very clean property inside and out. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The only draw back was no daily housekeeping & I had to ask for towels."

"The property was clean and in a decent location (10 min. drive to airport, two nearby restaurants). Amenities in the lobby were fine, although I didn’t hang out there. The room was simple but clean & new. Front desk staff were ok, but it was a hit or miss whether they acknowledged and greeted us as we walked by. Housekeeping was consistently courteous every time we walked by in the hallways. Overall it was great place to stay. I recommend the hotel."

"I understand it was a busy weekend, but more planning could of been done. The pool and hot tub was absolutely disgusting, the room was halfway clean we had to finish cleaning it. They were getting over booked so we didn’t even get the room we booked, my husband and I had to sleep on separate beds… it was our 1st date night away from our kids, and we had to deal with kids “ding dong ditching” The only decent thing was the breakfast."
