"Fran an employee who assists with breakfast service was awesome. First hotel breakfast of this type I can remember where the hotel had someone greeting guests and taking care of drinks. Beyond that her presence made my experience so much better. I was not expecting someone there so I did not have any cash to tip so I just wanted to say Thank You Fran!"

There was plenty of tea and coffee in the lobby as well as in the room. The blackout curtains were a bonus for us. There was no noise to be heard from the adjoining rooms."
