Location is strategic to the places we frequent including the waterfront, Transmart, etc. The downside is the pillows and linens like towels are pathetically old. They should have been replaced years ago. The key cards did not work with the lifts so caused lots of downtime till the hotel decided to disable...

"Lovely staff, very helpful. The room was large, comfortable and clean. Bottles of water everyday was appreciated. Clean, soft linen and a very comfortable bed. Walking distance to sights, the beach and great local restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel, excellent all round."

"Disgusting! Room was filthy. Sign said non-smoking but walls, vents and air-conditioner coated in nicotine. Smell of cigarettes overpowering and made us feel sick. Dirty bed linen. Dust very thick. Faeces on toilet seat. Bathroom door rotten and filthy. Told there was no hot water and tv broken after arrival. No toilet paper, soap. No wifi working. They had to remove dirty dishes out of our room. Wallpaper ripped off wall. We stayed one night and left for a better hotel. Complained to staff...
