"The rooms were great. Just be advised that there is major construction going on right now in the lobby area so they are not actually offering breakfast and it is literally a construction zone. The good news is they’re doing major renovations. The rooms are very nice and have already been done. Staff was nice and accommodating."

"Absolutely spotless. Cleanliness 10/10. Things I liked: 1) The Quiet. No noise from adjacent rooms or hallway. 2) The comfort of the bed. Very soft and warm after a long days travel. 3) The warm temperature. I stayed during the big snowstorm of 01/31/26 and the room was preset to a warm 76 degrees when I walked in. This hotel impressed me beyond others I’ve stated at, so in the future BW gets my money."

"I needed a room overnight and I needed a place with an early shuttle to the airport. This place fit the bill! Beautiful facilities, easy check in/out with very friendly and helpful staff. I requested a shuttle for 5:00 am and she was early! Again - super friendly and quick ride to the airport! Thanks for making my life easier! "

"Latoya at the front desk was very helpful to us with places to eat. She has a very welcoming smile. Very clean rooms and breakfast area. Pat keeps a very clean breakfast area and is very friendly. Breakfast pancakes are a favorite. Adranna check us out when we left and we told her we would be back in march when we go back home to Pennsylvania. She welcomed us to come back soon. If i had employees like these people i would have started my own business. Thank you. Bernard B."
