"Overall we had a horrible experience. The room was dirty with stains all over the bedding, curtains, floor, furniture. The entire building smelled like a mix of weed and cigarettes. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, very hard and lumpy. Because the beds were so awful we did not want to stay for the second night we had booked. The next morning I went to the front desk to let them know we’d like to cancel our second night but was told because I booked through Hotels.com there was nothing she could do for me and that I had to contact Hotels.com. She didn’t even bother to ask why I wanted to cancel. I did reach out to Hotels.com but they told me I had to work with the hotel directly to cancel our second night. The person at Hotels.com who helped me reached out to the hotel on my behalf trying to cancel and see if a refund was possible but was flat out told no.
Like I said, overall horrible experience. I will never recommend and never stay there again. "
