Really nice hotel with a pleasant roof terrace and great staff; the free coffee all day was a nice touch as were the free croissants first thing. Lots of interesting food options nearby - iconic dining at: The Roxy; Bubby’s and Katz Diner were all only a short walk away. There are good transport connections via the nearby subway station and it sits in a very friendly and safe neighbourhood on the border between Chinatown and Little Italy.

My daughter and I had a trip to New York for our big birthdays, hotel was very central close to port authority, walking distance to time square and many other areas. Hotel staff made our visit special for us and are very helpful , friendly , professional and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. I would avoid 9th Avenue at night time as it didn’t feel very safe .

This is a beautiful,stylish and comfortable hotel. Perfectly situated in fabulous Jersey City ,with great links to NYC.. The staff are kind and professional. Im coming back next Spring...I cant wait. Thankyou for a perfect stay.

Clean room, friendly staff nice breakfast, good location.

Clean room, very functional, nice bathroom and shower! Hot water always working ... nice building and very close to path station which is very conveniente to reach manhattan in just one stop! Thank you to the staff who was always helpful. Breakfast was amazing and abbundant. Changing every day. Just surprised we didn't find a cappuccino machine nor chocolate but there were many other things that compensated it :)

Spacious room, easy parking, next to dining, shopping and path train. Great location to explore

My favourite things about this hotel were the staff, the cookies, the comfy pillows, the proximity to Manhattan transport and the cookies

I stayed here as it was close to my sons apartment which I could walk to my n 4 min My granddaughter loved “Taking me home “ every night. And I was able to walk round every morning and walk with her to school

Convenient for the PATH train to Manhattan and nearby eateries. Hotel bar and restaurant has an amazing view of downtown skyline.

I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Excellent staff and wonderful services. I think this should be in better surroundings.

At first I was doubting how the property would be considering I am staying at the hotel for 17 days along with my family but as soon as I entered the rooms I was pleasantly surprised to see how clean and maintained the rooms were. You get room service everyday too. The staff overall at the reception are extremely helpful and very friendly. Each and everyone has been fabulous but Miguel in specific stood out the most, very nice chap, friendly and looked after us nicely. The breakfast is also...
