The room was clean but it smelled strongly of a glade plug in and it was overpowering, but I also have a sensitive sense of smell. There was parking on site but it was a bit of a seedy location. The rooms were honestly good for the price and distance from NYC. I wouldn’t stay here for more than a night personally, but it was okay. It is an old building and not sure if there’s an active facilities manager but they could use some. However it served its purpose!

Good bang for buck decent place to stop over.. I have gone into city and paid double at other places for less.. Not bad at all plus the shuttle is near by which helps travelling into. the city and don't have to worry about parking especially if you got a larger vehicle

The location was a little tricky to get into as we were completely unfamiliar with the city. The bus service into NYC was good, but the return drop off location was a bit far & the neighborhood was a little sketchy. The breakfast was lacking, so we walked to Starbucks next door. Thankfully there was also an Aldi nearby for bottles water, etc. This property served the purpose & the desk staff were very helpful.

The stairs had a useable hand rail only part way up. It was flush to the second storey floor, preventing a grasp. Stairs were unsafe. I have mobility limitations. On the plus side: Very convenient public transportation into Manhattan.

Good value for money. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. Ideal for an overnight stop after a long drive, with everything needed for a restful stay. The hotel is also conveniently located for visiting Manhattan, and there is a shuttle service available. On the downside, the proximity to the highway makes it a bit noisy. Breakfast was quite basic, consisting mainly of coffee, toast, and jam.

Room was clean but a bit out dated. Breakfast only included toast, coffee, and maybe juice. Staff was friendly and helpful. For the price I would of expected a little more. They charge a $100 deposit which I am still waiting to see that refunded.
