"We were misinformed about the check-in we wasn’t told about the pool not being open for three days out of the week and they were the days that we were there, we were told that housekeeping didn’t do the rooms every day and that you had to put in an request, and they tried to charge us for a movie that we didn’t watch."

"Beautiful building, great location, our room overlooked the Atlantic Ocean and Convention Hall. The staff at the check-in desk gave us great local info and suggestions on where to go. The pool bar was so much fun, we made new friends and the staff was lovely. Highly recommend this hotel!!"
