Front desk service lets property down, seems to be complete lack of customer service training. Breakfast not worth taking. Immediate area serves local tastes but too limited for o/s tourists. For transport must rely on Dart App and drivers. A system that appears to work ok like Malaysian Grab. "
"If you have a long layover in Brunei airport, this is a great option. Just downstairs from the departure gates, it is just 2 min walk to departure. Includes some vouchers for drink and food machines, but even when one didn't work, it was only $1 to buy"

"I stayed to explore the city. The staff had great recommendations and the spa was wonderful. The evening staff was extremely helpful in getting me a taxi to the airport. All the staff was great, but Fatin went above and beyond. "
"I spent 3 nights here. Overall, it's a nice hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient! The breakfast varied each day and was consistently excellent!! After a lot of walking, it was great to relax by the pool!! One thing to keep in mind is that it's a bit of a walk to and from downtown. However, the 42 or 45 buses stop right at the hotel, making it quite convenient!"
