"This place is so well located, right in the action across the street from Mechane Yehudah. I requested a quiet room so had to carry our suitcases up 3 flights of stairs but it was worth it! And I liked the authenticity of the old building in Jerusalem stone and our cute balcony overlooking the residential lanes at the back. Totally cute! Suite was dated but comfortable and staff super friendly and helpful. Loved our stay! "

"The staff was very helpful especially Asaf who was an incredibly nice person and helped us with directions on how to get around and how to connect with internet , even on our car rentals etc.. We were very blessed to have a contact we could reach anytime, 24/7. Also well organised on how to get to the room all done online. It was a very pleasant stay and very cute, small suite close to everything. I would definitely go there again if I return to Jerusalem! Thank you Aju Hillel!"

"We stayed one night and were very impressed. Perfect accommodation in central Jerusalem. Excellent value for money. Would recommend. There is unfortunately no parking as stated on the property description but we managed to find and the corner. Communication was good but would have been better had we received the initial communication earlier as there is an online registration form to complete before getting check in instructions. "The place is absolutely amazing. Getting my access code to enter the building was quite the fiasco. I was directed to on online service that I was afraid was insecure, which told me that I would be sent an access code. I started trying to check in at 4PM, was standing outside the building for several hours and finally called hotels dot com and was able to get the access code from them. "Bait and Switch I was suppose to stay unit 15 but was switched to unit13 Apt from H*ll. The heat did not work I set it a 32C and the heat did not come on, I had to wait till Monday for someone to fix it. I wrapped myself in the blankets to stay warm and they were nasty smelling. The blankets were never washed. The TV did not work , they had to come out three different times to try and fix it which they never did. The shower head was not fastened correctly and it just spinning around getting...

"The stay started off well…Dima was a great communicator. The room itself was perfect. Nice balcony and close to everything. He is the not so good…There was virtually no hot water in the shower. some extra towels too would have been nice. Wi-fi was terrible and i had to use my hot spot most of the time. Make sure you get the buzzer code as well. If those few things could be fixed, it would have been perfect. The building is being renovated so i expect it will be a wonderful building "
