"The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very nice, comfortable beds and pillows. Amazing breakfast with everything one can think of. The only thing is the staff is extremely unwelcoming, many of them give the feeling that if you ask something it's a burden for them. Unwilling to service even though this is their job and that's what they are there to do. I love the hotel and the property but I will probably not come back to this hotel and I will choose another of many good hotels in Jerusalem."

"This is my go to hotel in Jerusalem. Within perfect walking distance of everything: Kotel, Ben Yehuda, Mahane Yehuda, the light rail, the train station. Huge rooms and bathrooms."

"The room was very dirty with dirty curtains that had boogers on them. The side tables weren’t cleaned, they had seeds on them as if someone was still staying in the room and the bathroom sink had toothpaste stains and it was moldy overall with water spilling out significantly when showering. The only redeeming qualities about this property were its location and helpful and kind staff. Im not sure why it’s rated so high, I would highly recommend Hashimi hotel instead."

"A quiet spot in Sheikh Jarrah, amidst the hectic bustle of east Jerusalem. Great location, with easy walking distance to the Old City (5 minutes), Salahaddin street (2 minutes), Mamilla Mall (10-15 minutes), Yafo Street (10 minutes). Breakfast is basic but good quality. The courtyard is lovely, and a great place to relax. Wonderful place and I always enjoy my stays here."

"Hotel was lovely. Staff was very attentive. Food was delicious. Amenities (pool and gym) were terrific. The only challenge they have - not their fault - is that there is massive construction around them on a new underground train AND a light rail. So there is a lot of dust and it is not easy to get in and out of the property. But once inside - no complaints!"
