"The staff are verg nice, helpful and for what the hotel is, they do a very good job of accomodating their guests. That being said, the hotel has weird idiosyncrasies. For example, it was not clear to me when I booked that the rooms do not have their own bathroom. 3-4 rooms share the bathroom that you see in the picture. "This property was super close to the main port which takes you to the airport / murano & burano and had plenty of restaurants and stores around it. The host, Alessandro, was super helpful and responsive. I also truly appreciated how he had set up the room and provided free drinks and snacks!! I loved the room and have no complaints whatsoever "
