"Lovely hotel and family friendly, just very busy! The staff were friendly and always tried to do their best. The rooms could be cleaner and we always had to asked for missing towels, cups, water etc. but once asked for, we would receive it straight away. We avoided eating in the hotel and chocolate hour as it was too manic for us! We chose room service or restaurants outside the hotel. The food at the hotel was excellent. Swimming pools, Kids club and Spa was superb too. Short walk to the beach was great."

"Overall an excellent hotel, the 1 bedroom villas were even nicer in real life than the pictures. The grounds were beautiful and it was a pleasure to return to after the hectic roads of Bali. All the staff were friendly and attentive, the restaurant was really nice with a wide selection of food and great pricing."

"Reviews mentioned rooms were tired. I agree but it did not affect us having a lovely holiday. Food was fantastic. Dont drink tap water, hotel provides plenty of bottles. Staff were super friendly and humble. Always with a smile. Breakfast was great but needed to queue a little each morning. Its very humid, but the room's air co was good. Nice time overall"
