"Our stay at Raffles Bali was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every detail exceeded our expectations. The villa was stunning—beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and offered breathtaking views with complete privacy. Every member of the staff was genuinely warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The level of personalized service was truly world-class. Dyan, Krishna our butler Fernando Nanda Henry and everyone else from housekeeping to in room dinning, extraordinary. The food was exceptional at every meal, with outstanding quality, presentation, and variety. The restaurants, spa, and resort grounds were all spectacular, creating an atmosphere of pure luxury and tranquility. What made our stay truly unforgettable was how effortlessly everything was handled. Every experience felt thoughtfully curated, making us feel relaxed, pampered, and cared for throughout our visit. They were absolutely attentive about our birthday celebration and showered us with crafty gestures making it unforgettable. Raffles Bali is, without a doubt, one of the finest resorts we have ever stayed at. If you’re looking for an unforgettable luxury escape, this is the place. We cannot wait to return."

"If I had a single regret in my stay here, it is the fact that I cant give a 6 Star Review. in my 60 times around the sun, I have at a myriad of accomodations across the globe. Some have definitely been 5 star, and the service and facilities have been perfect. However, what the do not have have, and what the Intercontinental Bali has an abundance of, is the Balinese Soul. When you arrive in Bali, you are acutely aware that these are some of the happiest people in the world. The same can be said of the ITC Bali. Every member of their team clearly live what they do, are proud of where they work and, importantly are an incredible representation of Bali. Every service provided by the ITC Bali team is done with patience and sincerity. Nothing is too much trouble, and Team Members like Antara in the Club Intercontinental are perfect ambassadors of not only the Hotel but the Islamd its self. You are spoilt for choice from 4 magnificent restaurants, and their are a multitude of Pools to choose from, including one Adults only. The facilities are modern but with an old world charm, and the same can be said for the rooms. Botanical gardens to walkthrough on a moonlit night coupled with the Golden Sands of the beach makes this the perfect stay to nourish the soul and ease the heart. This is my first visit and and it won't be my last. In fact I have some leave coming up in November, and no need to guess where I will be returning. May your travels lead you here one day."

"Amazing hotel and restaurant, we LOVED it. 5+******* We are a 64 and 75 year old couple. Intreodi travelers, but this was a fantastic chill vibe. It is up on a cliff, with stunning sunsets and the private beach below is also stunning , with lots of great shells, but not really swimmable. The 3 pools are gorgeous, especially the Hidden Pool. We had an incredible large room with a private plunge pool and sea views, it really adds up to the most romantic hotel on Bali. You just never want to leave. The place is quite and beautiful. I highly recommend! Everyone was having so much fun. The bar and restaurant serves great drinks and delicious Indonesian food, and Western food. Use a hotel driver to get around though, because the roads are narrow and the nearest walkable beach is Balangang, 18 minute walk."
