Service was neglectful; the staff ignored us until we approached them. · Evening Happy Hour (6–8 PM): Only two fixed set menus with no variation. My 6-year-old was not offered a meal and had to share with adults. · Slow Service: After ordering, the attendant disappeared. It took 45 minutes to serve only salad, soup, and ice cream. Pasta and sandwiches came later, and drinks took another 20 minutes. · Breakfast Was Poor: Noodles seemed pre-cooked and reheated.
