Yiwu Marriott Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Exceptional hospitality—AK and the entire team set the gold standard Our stay at the Yiwu Marriott Hotel was nothing short of perfection from start to finish. A special recognition goes to the General Manager, AK. Her leadership, warmth, and attention to detail were evident across every aspect of our visit. She went well out of her way to ensure our entire party felt genuinely welcomed, comfortable, and looked after in Yiwu, setting an incredible tone for the entire trip. The entire staff mirrored that same level of excellence—consistently attentive, professional, and eager to assist with anything we needed. The property is outstanding, but the world-class service delivered by AK and her team is what truly makes this hotel stand out. An easy 5-star rating. We will definitely return on our next trip to Yiwu and cannot recommend this property highly enough."

Holiday Inn Yiwu Center by IHG
8/10 Good
"I stayed here to go to the Yiwu market. It's about half an hour by taxi each way, so less than ideal. In general the hotel is pleasant. They had a free mini-bar with Coke, Snow beer, etc. The room is fairly small and everything is basic. All in all, a good hotel."

YIWU RUIFENG HOTEL

"We liked our initial room until we realized that the A/C was not working. After a few hours, the A/C was still at 28C. We spoke to front desk and they sent an employee to check, but he couldn't figure it out. Front Desk suggested putting a fan in the room may help and they will have their expert repair the A/C tomorrow; if not, they will move use to another room. The temperature went down to 26C and stayed that way the whole night. Next day, they were still unable to fix the A/C, and we were moved to another room. We also used the hotel laundry service; my husband got his laundry back the same day, but I didn't get my pants back since I wanted it dry clean. No one informed me that if you dry clean your clothes, it doesn't come back the same day, and we had to leave for the airport at 6 a.m. the next day. Front Desk call the dry cleaning service, and I was able to get my pants back but it was still wet. Luckily hanging it in the room, it was almost completely dry by the time we had to leave for the airport. Even with the hiccups, our stay was pleasant enough, and Front Desk was extremely helpful and they do try their best to resolve any issues we have."
