This hotel is very annoying. The home services staff entered the room three time while I’m sleeping even without knocking. In the same time the telephone kept ringing from the reception to ask me if I want to extend my stay. They know that I have two hours until leaving. NO RESPECT

I stayed here on the way to Farasan Island. I arrived very late as I got the last flight from Riyadh. Hotel staff were curtious, warm and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. I left very early in the morning so didn't gave breakfast. When my privately arranged ride to the ferry port didn't turn up, the duty manager kindly arranged for a hotel staff member to run me there in his own car.

Poor booking management

Need to improve their booking management. Although I spent first night at the hotel, when I came back after work, the room was not cleaned. When I asked the reason, they told me that they thought the room would be vacated. I booked 3 days upon check in and I do not understand how that can happen. The follow up service or the attitude of the manager was not adequate.

My Stay in Courtyard Jazan by Marriott

The hotels is new and one of the best in Jazan city. It is very good and provide delicious breakfast. However, the housekeeping service is very slow. It took more than 25 minutes to get towels and body shower gel.

Excellent hotel

I was surprised and shocked how excellent this hotel, the location is perfect, easy and smooth check in, friendly staff, the rooms are very clean, near to the Alrashed mall. Overall I stron recommend this hotel although the price is high comparing to another hotel in a big city.
