Both of them are unique, boutique and retro with lots of services good restaurant and bar and seem to also be a bit of a community hangout as well. "We love the Crystal Bay Hotel! This was our second time staying in this charming & historic B&B. We have stayed in the porch accessible rooms both times and enjoy sitting out there on the rocking chairs in the evenings. We had a nice welcoming gift bag waiting for us when we arrived. "The property is across the street from the beach and on the rooftop you can see a great sunset over the water. The hotel has 2 bars that serve food, as well as providing entertainment. The room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable. The only thing negative were the servers at the rooftop bar. They were slow and didn't check on us at all. The bartender was great."

"They really did not have a breakfast. Hard boiled eggs, cold cereal, And waffles really dont do it for me. If you are going to say you serve breakfast you got to do better than that. What you have is self-serve for an adolescent."

"We stayed in a room over looking the dumpster, both the bathroom and room ceiling had pealing paint due to damp! The air conditioning sounded like a wind tunnel constantly noisy!!! I made reception aware and advised the lady at check out but she simply wrote a note but didn’t even acknowledge what I had said! I was charged $30 a day as a ‘Resort’ apparently for self parking, WIFI and the pool? Really??? I will not be back!!!!!"
