"La limpieza en general deja mucho que desear, la habitación huele a humedad, vi cucarachas, el baño no estaba limpio. Estuve una semana, el penúltimo día alguien hizo sus necesidades en el baño de mi habitación (334), me quejé en el front desk y no recibí ninguna respuesta. Los elevadores tienen laz paredes sucias. El área del desayuno estaba limpia y la atención fue muy buena en esta parte. Buena atención de la Sta. Danays, que trató de ayudarme redpetuosamente cuando le dije del olor desagradable en la habitación. No lrecomiendo este hotel. El precio no se corresponde con la calidad."

"I booked this place based on other positive reviews. The location is great cause it’s right next to all the restaurants on Main Street and Publix is across the street. Unfortunately the property itself fails on many levels. I travel a lot and a lot of things have to go wrong for me to submit a poor review here! Definitely need to remove the words “grand” and “luxury” from its name. Poor check-in and check-out experiences, poor customer service, broken elevator, dirty and smelly room, banged up furniture, old and uncomfortable bed, noise issues, construction.."
