"Run by the kindest people (and friendliest cats!) in all of Salem, and could not possibly be more centrally located! You can walk everywhere from here, and you have a front row seat to any events in the square - it's literally right across the street. Parking in Salem is at a premium, and we are driving a crew cab truck to make it even worse, but Matt went WELL above and beyond to make sure we got a great spot. "As you pull into the property there’s a beautiful fountain. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable and offered dining suggestions.

"Hotel includes a free shuttle from airport but no information of times for this - we waited at Terminal E for about 50 mins then ended up getting a taxi. When got to hotel they said it's every hour so we could have just missed one. Other than this the hotel itself was wonderful. Everything needed in rooms (even conditioner), spacious and quiet. The breakfast had more options than expected with hot omelette, breakfast muffins, bagels as well as fruit, cereals, yoghurt, pastries and hard boiled...
