"They need to get a new elevator like last year! It takes you to the incorrect floor or it doesn't work at all. Also the indoor pool had cloudy water."

"The rooms were old & the bathroom had nothing but burned marks everywhere & the room smelled like a bunch of cats were living in the room & a old hotel room was used for a breakfast room nothing like the ad said on the website very disappointed & was a total waste of money & the trip wasn’t worth it in any way"

"Nice safe neighborhood, plenty of eateries and shops. The front desk was neither cold or welcoming- very professional.The”free” parking is across a street that has no crosswalk only a roundabout. If the weather was bad it would have been very annoying. The other lot about a lock and a half- outdoors. Both are free for anyone to use- not just guests. Starbucks on site!"

"Room was cleaned but we found a few items left behind by previous customer. Big one was their soap? It was still in the bathroom along with the dove products. Disliked the lack of sound proofing. We could hear the highway outside, our neighbor's hairdryer, their TV and pets."

"Room given to us was handicapped room, shower was hand held and difficult to use, sprayed water over the shower curtain and onto bathroom floor. Breakfast buffet was supposed to run from 6 to 10:00 a.m. The cook didn’t show up until around 7:00, food was available around 7:20 making it hard to meet our morning schedule. Staff seemed indifferent to customers"

"A nice place to stay"

"The room was small & the bathroom amenities were lacking. The smell of weed permeated the premises. Free breakfast was adequate but the coffee was horrible. The parking was not plentiful. I came back late in the evening & there was actually 1 spot left. It was down a hill & as a older single woman I felt very unsafe"

"Our room toilet was sluggish, then was completely clogged. I talked to Noah, the front-office staff, asking for it to be unclogged while we are out. When we returned 4 or 5 hours later, no work had been done. When I talked again with Noah, he said there was "no mechanic" working today (a Sunday). I asked for a different room. It took 3 hours for him to get us another room. Also, the motel was basically for transients and drug addicts."
