I called the front desk and spoke with the manager, who explained that there was no maintenance staff on the property that night. She offered to move me...

"The room was not fully cleaned or inspected. The filter for the AC was out and we were asked to put it back in ourselves, but the AC unit was extremely filthy! The shower had a piece broken off the wall and hanging."

It smelled like sewage back up in the lobby and the hallway to the room smelled sour, not fresh. The tub was dirty.the fridge was leaking, u name it. They need an upgrade really bad. I won’t go back!"
