"Staff was friendly and welcoming. Property was clean and updated. We had a 2 room suite. There was not a door between the 2 rooms, so if one were up you had to becareful not to bother the other. The shower had great pressure. For some reason the shower curtain was 3 to 4 inches too long and covered a 1/4 of the tub bottom. Unfortunately the bed was not comfortable at all and the pillows were very flat. I think all the hard surfaces were updated, but not the soft surfaces. Maybe that is still in the works."

"I was stuck in Steven's Point during a blizzard. The staff at Hampton inn were all incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. Sone of them were also stuck there through the storm without any complaints.
If I had any complaint about the hotel, it would be that the chairs in the pool area are extremely uncomfortable. It was a small inconvenience in an otherwise very enjoyable stay. "
