"It’s an old hotel but the room was some what updated overall great staff and the most important thing to me was how clean it was. Very clean, quiet and we had a great nights sleep. We will definitely be staying here again."

"Room was a non smoking room and smelled of both cigarettes and weed. Under the pull out was condom wrappers would not stay again."

"Pictures are probably 20 years old. Room are very run down and smelled of very strong bleach when we arrived. No such waterview as indicated and area around is very depressed. Staff was basically non-existent, no one even around to check out in the morning just a box for keycards! Wasnt the worst experience we could have had, but certainly not what was promised and we wouldn't stay again"

"Stayed here 5nights while visiting family living nearby. Good size king room, very clean and fantastic staff. The ladies who run the breakfast buffet are great! Housekeeping is awesome. On site laundry on 3rd floor is handy and area was also clean. It’s run remotely by an app you can download to your smartphone. We’d definitely stay here again."

"Don’t stay here. No internet service, it actually blocked any internet usage and didn’t provide hotel internet. It was impossible to do anything online. The pool heater was “broken”. The pool was freezing. Impossible to use. The pool was the most important part of the booking. Lame excuses made about repairs and switching companies were made, but overall it was obvious the hotel was charging a premium rate without being maintaining the amenities.
