"When spending 465.00 per night, (it was the weekend), I don’t expect to be in a room where the towel rack is falling off the wall and the door frames are chipped and peeling paint. Also the tap water was undrinkable. Way too chlorinated and if we wanted bottled water we had to pay for it. The breakfast was acceptable but nothing special. The furnishings and bedding were also nothing special. I have spent way less money on much nicer accommodations."

"The hotel, amenities and breakfast was great. It's close to a massive amount of shopping. Only issue, and it's not the hotel, Hempstead is about 2 miles away. So their loud and obnoxious relatives were in the hotel. Otherwise, it's a great hotel choice."

"Problems with the room: the lock on the bathroom door didn’t work and there was no cold water coming out of the bathroom sink. Also, no shampoo or conditioner – I had to go to the front desk, and they only had a shampoo bar, which was very poor and no conditioner. Lastly, the cord on the phone came out of the receiver and wouldn’t click back in, which disconnected my phone call with the front desk when they called to check in to see if everything was OK."
