"I stay at this hotel often, when I checked in on May 26th, the person that checked me in commented on how many times I stay there! I felt very uncomfortable, I think that my business I pay my bill and never make a fuss, I was book to stay last night but I didn't go, felt to uncomfortable! Love the place, and the staff, hopefully I can stay there again soon!!"

"After booking, Donna called me to confirm my stay and ask my arrival time. I appreciated it. It was a cold day with a temperature dropping to below 30 degrees. Taking bath in the big bathtub kept me warm all night even without heater. The heater was noisy when operating. Thus, it was good I took a warm bath and shut off the heater."

I got the sense that this one is family owned based on the staffing and the attentive customer service. It's a new hotel which is always nice, and you can see their thoughtful selections, like the outlet in the bathroom that includes a nite light.
