"Overall, room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. AC cooled off super quick and fast. We had it nice and freezing like we love. We had space for our family of 5 to sleep in comfortable. The only complaint was that the sofa bed mattress was uncomfortable. Other than that, it was a great stay. I would stay again. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"The staff here is outstanding, which made up a bit for rooms that are a bit worn and less than pristine. My first room had a large rust stain in the shower, and the carpet, especially where it meet the walls and corners was fraying. I asked for a different room because I was staying a week and couldn’t deal with the shower, but my next room was better. And, overall, the bed was quite clean and comfortable. The towels are really small and thin, and despite the fact that I stayed six night, housekeeping never came (their policy is every third night). In the end, I only slept and showered there all week, and really did sleep well. The staff at one point asked me if I needed anything and delivered clean towels quickly when I asked. I’m sure I could have asked for housekeeping at the front desk. So, I’d give it the staff an A, the bed a solid B, and the condition of the room a C."

"The price was great, and room was modern, clean, and really comfortable, and the staff was outstanding. I stayed in three hotels during this trip, and this one was the best without doubt. I’m really picky about small details like how good are the shampoo and conditioner, and how easy are they to use, and are the corners or grout in the shower clean, are there convenient device charging options by the bed, and the Hyatt was flawless. If I had to find an issue, it would be that the tv wasn’t really a smart tv. It would have been a hassle to stream from my own accounts, and live tv wasn’t great. But that’s really stretching to find something to complain about when I can watch what I want on my laptop. Room service would have also been lovely, but the second floor bar and restaurant were great and easy to take to-go. Absolutely would stay again or recommend to friends and family."
